The Best Care for your Best Friend

The Alumni Bridge Program (ABP) supports students and alumni ages 16–26 as they transition to college, careers, and independent adulthood. Through workforce development training and individualized guidance, ABP connects young adults to paid fellowship and internship opportunities, resume and cover letter support, career readiness workshops, and professional experiences that strengthen their skills and networks.

ABP also prepares students for postsecondary success through college readiness support, including assistance with applications and financial aid, as well as access to ACT/SAT prep resources. The program strengthens pathways to opportunity by leveraging industry partnerships, mentorship, and ongoing guidance.
